Our mission is to create exciting, innovative, multidisciplinary theatre with a strong social commitment. We also aim to make progress in areas of accessibility, inclusion and integration, and develop and deliver a wide range of creative learning, education, outreach and training programmes all over Scotland.

Theatre

We currently have several theatre productions in the pipe-line including Offside - a major site-specific theatre production and outreach project, and a children's theatre project for 2 - 6 year olds.

Deaf Youth Theatre

Established in 2007, DYT is the first Deaf Youth Theatre in Scotland! We offer weekly workshops in a range of theatre skills from acting to technical aspects, host master-classes and stage productions. Click here to find out more about DYT and how you can get involved!

Creative Learning

Working with children, young people and adults from a wide range of backgrounds, Solar Bear offers Drama, Writing, Filmmaking, Movement, and Music workshops and projects to schools, community groups and organisations working with young people and adults.
