Ronnie Simon

Ronnie Trained at Queen Margaret College in Edinburgh. His theatre work includes: Sunset Song for His Majesty’s Aberdeen, Great Expectations for Prime Productions, Hamlet, Chimneys, A Woman of No Importance and Man of the Moment all for Pitlochry Festival Theatre, Blood Wedding and Romeo and Juliet for The Citizens Theatre, Peter Stein’s production of The Seagull at the Edinburgh International Festival, Guys and Dolls, Victory, Taming of the Shrew, A Streetcar Named Desire and Glengarry Glen Ross all for the Royal Lyceum Theatre Edinburgh, Cyrano for Catherine Wheels and Broken for Solar Bear.

His Film and Television work includes: Tinsel Town (Series 1 & 2) for the B.B.C.; Shepherd on the Rock for Dandelion Films; Taggart for Scottish Television and Tales of Para Handy, Rab C. Nesbitt, ‘Tis the Season to be Jolly all for the B.B.C. Comedy Unit.

His work with Solar Bear includes a range of Outreach Projects for schools and groups throughout Scotland.
